Registration Form
All players NEW to league MUST submit birth certificate for proof of age.
Registration for the Spring 2012 season is now in
progress. Teams are expected to
fill up quickly, be sure to register as early as possible to ensure a
place on a team.
In person registration will be on Feb 9th
6-8pm at Olympia Sports in
the Mall of NH
&
Feb 11th from 11am-1pm at Modells On South Willow St. in
Manchester.
Mail in registrations are also welcome.
2012 season fees:
$55.00 per player up to family max of $125.00 Registrations MUST be
postmarked on or before the deadline of March 7, 2012, otherwise late
fees of $15 per family must be included.
To qualify for the U-19
Division, the player must meet the age requirements as well as be
currently enrolled and attending High School.
